Over the years of frequenting the many restaurants, bars, and concert halls, somehow Beale Street in downtown Memphis has never lost is appeal. Maybe it’s because of the wide variety of cuisine, or maybe because it’s got a soul that’s seeped into the concrete from over 100 years of history, I don’t know. All I know is that I keep coming back for more.

We’ve spent quite a few afternoons perusing it’s aisle and have spent many more dollars on music, this staple on Beale street music record store has a DEEP selection of CDs and albums, especially in the Blues category.
If you can’t find what you are looking for, just reach to the most welcoming staff and they will arrange it for you in no time.
Checking out the Club 152
Looking forward to having some drinks and listen to some talented new musicians, Club 152 is just the right place.
Located in the midst of Beale Street, the club features a fantastic stage and sound system with wide range of musicians, and performers. From Live bands, to DJs – the club owners makes sure that their customers enjoy in every possible way.
Staying at the Peabody Hotel

B. King’s Blues Club
Although there are 4 other B.B. King’s Blues Club in the United States, one located in Memphis is the most famous, and is “BB’s Baby”. As a result it pulls in some great acts. If you’re serious about seeing some large bands in a small venue, keep your eye out on the schedule here.
Because of it’s popularity, it can be difficult to get into, so do yourself a favor and call for reservations. Not just your average bar food, BB King’s has some tasty food as well.
